Final sale
All Mastermind tickets are final sale and non-refundable. When you buy a ticket we commit your money to the venue, hotel block, catering and event production, so we cannot return it.
If your plans change
You have two options:
- TransferGive your ticket to another person. Send us the new attendee’s name and email at least 7 days before the event. One transfer per ticket; VIP tickets transfer as VIP.
- CreditApply 100% of what you paid toward the next Value Add Network Mastermind. Request it at least 7 days before the event. Credit is valid for the next scheduled Mastermind only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
No-shows and late requests
No-shows and requests made inside 7 days of the event are not eligible for transfer or credit.
If we cancel or reschedule
If Value Add Network cancels the event, you will receive a full refund. If we reschedule, your ticket moves to the new date or you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.
Travel and lodging costs are never reimbursed.
Full policy terms
These clauses apply to every Value Add Network live event ticket, including Mastermind tickets, and are disclosed before payment.
Final sale. Tickets to Value Add Network live events, including Mastermind events, are non-refundable once purchased. Ticket revenue is committed to third-party venue, lodging, catering and production costs at the time of sale.
Transfers. A ticket holder may transfer a ticket to another individual by notifying Value Add Network LLC in writing at least seven (7) days before the first day of the event, providing the transferee’s full name and email. One transfer per ticket. Transferred tickets carry the same access level (General or VIP) as originally purchased.
Event credit. In lieu of transfer, a ticket holder may, by written request at least seven (7) days before the event, convert the full purchase price into a credit toward the next scheduled Value Add Network Mastermind. Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and expires if not used at the next scheduled Mastermind.
No-shows and late requests. Failure to attend, or any transfer or credit request made fewer than seven (7) days before the event, forfeits the ticket without refund, transfer or credit.
Cancellation or rescheduling by us. If Value Add Network LLC cancels an event, ticket holders receive a full refund of the ticket price. If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date; a ticket holder may instead request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the rescheduling notice. Travel and lodging costs are never reimbursed.
Chargebacks. By purchasing, you acknowledge this policy was disclosed before payment and agree to contact us before initiating any dispute with your card issuer.
Upgrades. VIP or other upgrades are governed by the same terms as the underlying ticket.
