Before you apply.

Who is this program for?

Apprentice is for residential investors moving into CRE, agents, brokers and other professionals who want to contribute to commercial deals. You can join without being an accredited investor. Any investment, compensated role or partnership is a separate arrangement subject to applicable requirements.

Can this help me move from residential or brokerage into CRE?

If you’re a broker or agent, your market knowledge can open the conversation. Meet people actively buying and operating commercial assets, learn what they are looking for and bring them opportunities that fit. If you’re moving from residential investing, use their experience, deal reviews and working tools to develop your own first-deal plan.

Do I need to be an accredited investor?

Apprentice is for residential investors moving into CRE, agents, brokers and other professionals who want to contribute to commercial deals. You can join without being an accredited investor. Any investment, compensated role or partnership is a separate arrangement subject to applicable requirements.

How do capital and partnerships fit into coaching?

Build relationships with investors and operators in the private community and Deal Room. Share your market knowledge, learn their Buy Boxes and present prepared opportunities for discussion. Strong relationships and a well-supported deal can create the basis for a potential partnership. Rafik describes debt and equity capital relationships in the webinar. Any funding or partnership depends on the deal, eligibility, due diligence and separate terms; enrollment is not a commitment to fund or invest.

What is the learning format?

The foundation combines three months of structured training, 11 modules, the tools library and 52 weekly live group coaching and deal-review Zooms. Study the lessons, look for opportunities in your market and bring your questions or prepared deals to the group sessions. Completion includes an assessment; the certificate does not guarantee investment or funding.

How much time should I set aside?

Plan for the weekly live call, independent lessons and work on your own strategy or deals between sessions. Your pace depends on your starting point and what you are pursuing; discuss your availability during the program conversation.

Are events included?

Apprentice includes the private community and live online coaching. Mastermind event admission is an added benefit of Elite Investor and Elite Operator; review event access in your enrollment agreement.

How long is access, and does it renew automatically?

The program term is 12 months. The supplied mentorship agreements do not provide automatic renewal. Your signed agreement defines the exact access dates, session schedule and included services.

What is the refund policy?

Under the supplied mentorship agreements, a full refund can be requested within 30 calendar days of the Effective Date, when both parties sign. After that period, payments are non-refundable except as required by law or your signed agreement. The period does not automatically begin at your first login.

Does enrollment include an investment or guaranteed funding?

Coaching is education and strategic support. Membership does not guarantee a deal, a loan, investor capital, a partnership or an investment return. Any investment or co-GP arrangement requires separate eligibility review, documentation and terms. CRE involves risk, including loss of capital.

What happens after I apply?

Our team contacts you to understand your starting point and goals and discuss the program. You can review the support level, schedule and enrollment agreement before deciding whether to join.

Take your next step into commercial.

Tell us where you are starting: residential investing, brokerage or another real estate role. We’ll discuss how the community and training can support your first commercial deal.

  1. Send your application.
  2. Discuss your experience and goals with our team.
  3. Review the program and agreement before enrolling.

An application starts a conversation. It does not enroll you or commit you to payment.
